Versions are independent. Use whatever works best for you.
Mania will be flagged by antivirus software. This is expected for automation tools. Follow the steps below to install safely.

Disable Windows Security

Disable Windows Security real-time protection before downloading.Open Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings > Turn off Real-time protection.

Download

Download Mania from trymania.com.If your browser blocks the download, click Keep anyway or Keep dangerous file.

Place in hidden folder

Move the file to a hidden folder with an inconspicuous name.Avoid names like “bot”, “mania”, or “maplestory” in the path.

Add antivirus exclusion

Add the folder to your antivirus exclusions before re-enabling protection.Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings > Exclusions > Add an exclusion > Select the folder.
After setup, proceed to Capture to configure screen capture.
